Cho Chang-hyun, CEO of Seamecanix, visited the Gyeongbuk Provincial Government on the 2nd and delivered 10 million won in donations, asking for help to revive the local economy in crisis due to COVID-19.
Seamecanix is a company that produces metal compression products such as electric vehicle battery parts located in Gongsan-dong, Gumi, and was selected as a PRIDE company in North Gyeongsang Province last year, and was selected as a global powerhouse by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups this year.
CEO Cho Chang-hyun said, "I wanted to be a small addition to the residents in a difficult time due to COVID-19," adding, "We will make more efforts to create a healthy company with the mind that companies can be happy only when the residents are happy."
Lee Chul-woo, governor of Gyeongsangbuk-do, replied, "He delivered good words and meanings during a difficult time. I will make sure to use that meaning and use it meaningfully for the vulnerable in the province."
