SEA Mechanics participated in the 'Post-APEC Gyeongsangbuk-do China Investment Forum', held in Shenzhen, China from April 16 to 17, as a leading representative company of Gyeongbuk Province.
Hosted by Gyeongsangbuk-do Province, the forum served as a strategic platform to strengthen economic cooperation among APEC host cities and to connect Gyeongbuk's investment environment with the global market, drawing approximately 100 participants from Korean and Chinese government and business sectors.
As an EV and automotive battery component manufacturer, SEA Mechanics joined company presentation and investment consultation sessions alongside Pohang-based ESON and Neuromeka, as well as Gimcheon-based UWBTech, attracting strong interest from Chinese enterprises.
The forum also established a foundation for cooperation with 'Go Global', a business platform in Shenzhen's Nanshan District—home to global IT leaders such as Tencent and DJI—and with the Shenzhen SME Development Promotion Association, which represents over 8,000 member companies, opening pathways for collaboration in the semiconductor and robotics industries.
Building on this opportunity, SEA Mechanics plans to strengthen its network in the Shenzhen region and actively pursue global business expansion and new partnership opportunities going forward.
