The most precise and fastest mass-production method among casting processes

Die-casting injects molten metal at high pressure to mass-produce precisely shaped parts in a very short cycle. Compared with sand casting and other methods, surface accuracy is far better and secondary machining is kept to a minimum.

HT ROBOTICS specialises in high pressure die casting (HPDC). We run machines from 200 to 1,600 tonnes of clamping force, covering everything from small precision parts to large housings.

Aluminium alloy is light yet highly thermally conductive, making it ideal for robotics parts, EV powertrain components and display heat-sink frames where heat management matters.
