GUIDE
How it works
We operate the Ethics Hotline to practise ethical management, respect labour rights and build a sustainable corporate culture.
Employees, partners, customers and other stakeholders may report violations or suggest improvements concerning ethics, labour rights, the environment, and safety and health.
What you can report
- Violations of the code of ethics or of the law
- Corruption, bribery, conflicts of interest and other unethical conduct
- Labour and human rights violations (forced labour, child labour, discrimination, harassment and the like)
- Violations of environmental law
- Occupational safety and health matters
- Other violations of company rules
Protection of reporters
- You may report anonymously if you submit sufficient and specific supporting evidence.
- Good-faith reporters who reasonably believed the report to be true at the time of reporting — including anonymous reporters — are fully protected and will not face any disadvantage (dismissal, disciplinary action, unreasonable personnel measures and the like) for reporting or for cooperating with an investigation.
- This protection does not apply where a report is made in the knowledge that it is false and mainly in order to harass or discredit another person or organisation.
- Reports received are investigated and handled fairly in accordance with the relevant rules.
Process
- Report received
- Initial review
- Investigation opened
- Investigation closed
- Case closed and outcome notified
